Christmas Dinner
For those who love a proper Christmas dinner, our festive menu brings all the classics to the table.
Start with a choice of terrine of smoked salmon with cream cheese, chives and prawns, homemade farmhouse pâté with toasted ciabatta and red onion marmalade, or baked figs wrapped in Parma ham and filled with goats cheese.
For the main course, choose roast stuffed free-range turkey with all the trimmings, grilled salmon fillet with roasted cherry tomatoes and tarragon butter sauce, or a festive nut roast topped with wild mushroom gratinée.
All are served with roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables, Brussels sprouts with bacon and gravy.
To finish, there’s traditional Christmas pudding with fresh strawberries and Grand Marnier crème anglaise, or chocolate, toffee and nut brownie with vanilla ice cream.
And of course, Christmas dinner wouldn’t be complete without fresh filter coffee and mince pies.
Hot Christmas Buffet
If you want something a little more relaxed while still keeping the Christmas flavours, our Hot Buffet is a great option.
Guests can enjoy duck and brandy parfait on toast with apple and real ale chutney, Cajun spiced chicken kebabs with a sweet chilli and coriander dip, and roasted tomato and basil bruschetta.
For the main course, there’s roast stuffed free-range turkey with all the trimmings or festive nut roast with wild mushroom gratinée, served with goose-fat roasted potatoes, seasonal vegetables, Brussels sprouts with bacon and gravy.
Finish with traditional Christmas pudding and Grand Marnier crème anglaise, followed by fresh coffee and mince pies.
Cold Christmas Buffet
For Christmas lunches, business events and parties where guests can mingle and help themselves, our Cold Buffet offers plenty of variety.
The menu includes bourbon and honey roasted gammon with tomato chutney, poached salmon with samphire, prawns and Bloody Mary sauce, traditional coronation chicken, and caramelised heritage tomato tarte tatin.
Alongside this is a selection of fresh salads including mixed baby leaves, traditional coleslaw, new potato with house dressing and chive, beef tomato with mozzarella, red onion and fresh basil, and roasted peppers with feta cheese cous cous.
Freshly baked breads complete the spread.
Christmas Street Food
Christmas food doesn’t always have to mean a sit-down dinner.
Our Christmas Street Food menu is perfect for parties and events where you want something informal, filling and full of flavour.
There are festive bowls including roast turkey with gravy, pigs in blankets, stuffing, crispy potato and roasted vegetables, alongside beef rendang, beef goulash, Sri Lankan chicken and parsnip curry, Thai-style honey and ginger chicken, spinach, chickpea and parsnip curry, and a selection of vegetable and bean chillies.
There’s also our Christmas Pie & Mash, with fillings including wild British venison, British turkey, British beef steak, a vegetarian parsnip, chestnut, cheddar and leek option, and a vegan Christmas option.
For the ultimate festive bap, our Christmas Bap is filled with roast turkey, pigs in blankets, stuffing, crispy potato and cranberry in a toasted bun.
And if you’re after something sweet, there’s warm apple strudel with clotted cream, rich chocolate brownie with toffee sauce and caramelised nuts, or hot chocolate with marshmallows and churros.
Christmas Canapés & Fizz
For a Christmas party, drinks reception or corporate event, our Canapés & Fizz menu is designed for easy entertaining.
Choose from mini Beef Wellingtons, mini vegetarian Wellingtons, duck and brandy parfait, oriental duck pancakes, homemade Cumberland sausage rolls, Cajun chicken kebabs, buttermilk crispy chicken, mini salmon en croute, tandoori chicken, baked Brie and goats cheese tartlets, alongside roasted Mediterranean vegetable and harissa skewers.
For something sweet, we have mini macarons, a selection of tray bakes, scones with clotted cream and jam, and mini cakes including Victoria sandwich, carrot cake and chocolate fudge cake.
And for an extra festive touch, add a glass of fizz.
